  • Redirecting Children's Behavior South Florida
    Teaches Monthly Workshops for Community
    Partnership for the Homeless
    Beginning in April, 2009, RCB South Florida instructors will lead monthly
    workshops for participants in the Community Partnership for the Homeless,
    whose mission is to "offer dignity and hope to all so that no persons sleep
    on the streets of our community."  On the third Tuesday of each month, we
    will present a 1.5-hour seminar based on the concepts in Redirecting
    Children's Behavior.

  • Whole Hearted Parenting Participates in the Broward
    Gifted Advisory Showcase
    On March 25th, Whole Hearted Parenting participated in the Broward Gifted
    Advisory 2nd Annual Showcase at Sunset Lakes Elementary in Miramar.  
    Maggie enjoyed speaking with parents about Redirecting Children's
    Behavior.

  • RCB South Florida Directors Attend 2009 National
    Conference for The Peace Alliance
    The directors of RCB South Florida, Maggie Macaulay and Beth Lefevre,
    attended the 2009 National Conference for The Peace Alliance March 20 -
    23 in Washington, DC.  The Peace Alliance,  a nonpartisan citizen action
    organization representing a growing constituency for peace, has the
    mission to empower civic activism for a culture of peace.  The vision is a
    future in which the practical programs and principles of peacebuilding are
    the bedrock of our personal, national and global interest and investment,
    which is in alignment with the guiding principle of Redirecting Children's
    Behavior -- Peace Begins at Home.  The current focus
is the campaign for a cabinet-level U.S. Department of Peace, and a part of the
conference was lobbying Congress on the legislation to establish a Department
of Peace, HR 808.
